What is your favorite part about working with ARCC?

"I love working with the team we have. They are all incredibly hard working, dependable, and easy to work with; highly intelligent and never afraid to ask questions. I also enjoy the challenges of integrating a business with ARCC and vise versa. We have so many different types of businesses and I enjoy the challenge of learning about different businesses and how ARCC can help their business succeed. "

Favorite Books:
I love Sci-Fi and Fantasy books. The Watchers, Dean Koontz (huge Dean Koontz fan). Ender's Game, Orson Scott Card. The Giver, Lois Lowry, Heart of Darkness & The Secret Sharper. Things Falls Apart, Chinua Achebe, Anything by Paulo Coelho. The Great Gatsby, F. Scott Fitzgerald.
What are you most proud of in life?
My ability to have empathy for others, my resilience, and the ability to forward think and utilize logic and critical thinking at work and in life.
Favorite Breed of Dog:
Huskies! I have two: North & Starr
What is your next career goal at ARCC?
Bringing on additional team members and being able to free up my time to check in with our clients more often.
Favorite Place:
El Portal in Sedona, AZ (it's magical there) & Curriers Lakeview Lodge in Rice Lake, WI (home away from home)
What's one thing you want our clients to know about you professionally?
That I always have the best interest of the client in mind; my goal is to always set them up for success and avoid future hassles/escalations. I also love that every team member, including the owner, feels comfortable coming to me for help (including to help correct errors). We are not perfect but we will do what it takes to make it right and work hard on making changes within ARCC to avoid future errors.
Favorite thing to do outside of work:
Visit state parks with the huskies (year round), kayak, cross country ski, and hike (from easy trails to mountains), read, and I am a total TV junkie after a long day outside.
